I remember my birthday party themes that my Mom used to dream up.We would have cowboy parties, swim parties, and bicycle race parties to name a few.

My favorite was probably the bicycle race party. It was more of a scavenger hunt really. We would cycle through the neighborhood and check in at various places where we would have to perform or do a task, we were not allowed to move on until the assigned task weas completed. It was great fun even though I never actually won! I am sure it was set up that way to teach me some sort of life lesson.
