Sushi Bar Ettiquette

California roll, sashimi, cones,tuna roll and dynamite rolls. Sushi has taken North America by storm. You can find these restaurants in almost any mid size city on the continent. Although it seems to be everywhere, many of us are not aware of the ettiquette that surrounds this Japanese cultural phenom.

The next time you and your friends head out for a bit of fresh fish, dazzle them with your knowledge of the specifics surrounding this event. My favorite type is a spicy tuna roll, I just can't get enough of these. Usually I need to remind myself to think outside the tuna roll, and try other types as well. There are so many different varieties out there that I may never sample them all, but I m certainly going to try.
